9jastay is an online accommodation marketplace that connects travelers (guests) with property owners, managers, and hospitality providers (vendors). Users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes including browsing, booking accommodations, or listing properties.
Users must provide accurate information during account registration and when making bookings. Any misuse of the platform, fraudulent activities, or attempts to manipulate listings or bookings may result in suspension or termination of the user account.
9jastay allows guests to discover and book apartments, hotels, and short-let accommodations listed by property owners. When a booking is made, the guest agrees to the listed price, property rules, and booking conditions specified by the vendor.
Once a booking is confirmed, both the guest and the vendor are expected to honor the reservation unless it is cancelled in accordance with the platform’s cancellation policies.
Payments for bookings are processed through the 9jastay platform to ensure secure transactions for both guests and vendors. When a guest completes a booking payment, the funds are securely held by the platform until the booking begins.
Vendor payouts are released after the guest has successfully checked in to the booked accommodation. This policy helps ensure that guests receive the accommodation they booked while also protecting vendors from fraudulent reservations.
Guests may cancel their bookings subject to the cancellation policies applicable to the reservation. In the event that a booking is cancelled, eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with the platform's refund guidelines.
Where a booking qualifies for a refund, the payment will be returned to the user through the original payment method or through another approved refund process supported by the platform.
Refunds are intended to ensure fairness and transparency for both guests and vendors while maintaining trust across the 9jastay marketplace.
Property owners and vendors listing properties on 9jastay are responsible for ensuring that all listing information is accurate, complete, and truthful. Vendors must provide safe, legal, and properly maintained accommodations for guests.
Vendors must also ensure that property images, descriptions, amenities, and pricing details reflect the actual condition of the property to avoid misleading guests.
9jastay operates as a technology platform connecting guests with property owners. While we strive to ensure quality and reliability across the marketplace, we do not directly own, manage, or control the properties listed by vendors.
As a result, 9jastay shall not be held liable for disputes, damages, losses, or claims arising from interactions between guests and property owners, including issues relating to property condition, amenities, or services provided by vendors.
9jastay reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time in order to reflect improvements to the platform, regulatory requirements, or operational changes. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
